msc coconut cupcakes-not baked :)

i was supposed to bake coconut cupcakes for the martha stewart cupcake club by the 15th, but i didn't bake them. you see, i'm on this crazy food diet thingy where i'm not eating sugar...yes, you heard me right...not eating sugar. so, i just couldn't bring myself to bake them and not taste test them--coconut being one of my favorite flavs and all. so, when i'm back on the sugar, i'll whip them up...but for now, i'll have to take a pass. hope you understand...
