salted caramel cupcakes!

i made these salted caramel cupcakes (bottom row, right side) for city market, sweet clover, and healthy living's tuesday's delivery. i think they were a delicious combination of sweet and salty. i topped a chocolate cupcake with a caramel swirl buttercream, drizzled it with homemade caramel sauce, added a little caramel bit on top and then sprinkled it with a little sea salt...yummy!

    I have a new favorite, MLC. I tried my first salted caramel today, and if hadn't bought the last box in the store, I would have gone back for more. Yummy!
