i did a cupcake demo yesterday at healthy living. i bought in salted caramel, cookies and cream, chocolate peanut butter and red velvet! thank you to everyone that stop by to talk and try the cupcakes; i had a lot of fun!

i delivered these eastery cupcakes to city market, healthy living and sweet clover this morning. the cupcakes on the top left i call 'birdie nest.' they are a vanilla cupcake with toasted coconut and a robin's egg candy...they are so cute and so yummy!

salted caramel cupcakes!

i made these salted caramel cupcakes (bottom row, right side) for city market, sweet clover, and healthy living's tuesday's delivery. i think they were a delicious combination of sweet and salty. i topped a chocolate cupcake with a caramel swirl buttercream, drizzled it with homemade caramel sauce, added a little caramel bit on top and then sprinkled it with a little sea salt...yummy!

the food buyer from healthy living emailed me yesterday asking if i'd be interested in selling my cupcakes at their market. i'm vey excited!
