Hmm choc and mint are my favourite combo! I love how you just make mini ones, they're so cute! I made some candy cane cupcakes on Christmas day..I wanted to do swirly red and white buttercream icing but my icing would just not turn red no matter what I did! any idea how to turn it red at all? Gem

ReplyDeletei have found that red is impossible, too. it would require a longer amount of red food coloring than i am comfortable with :)
ReplyDeletei feel the same way! it's impossible to get frosting red without making it taste like crap. santa will just have to have a pink coat.
